Anyway, I’m an innovative, award-winning idea-first integrated CD / writer with a track-record in creating brand fame with entertaining, engaging, successful campaigns –  some sent ripples through culture.

We know people don’t care about ads so I aim for work that earns the right to play a role – maybe entertains, distracts, is enjoyable for a moment or has 5 minutes of fame. Achieve that and you have a chance. Fire up passions and watch ideas self-propel. I search for concepts that include something unexpected, and always try to bake in a story.

And see them head-hunted as they fulfil potential – well, win awards. Many now at leading agencies. Also, I've mentored under-privileged creatives with The Dots and D&AD.

Brief: "Modernise the agency" – transformed TMS into an award-winning integrated agency with work that connects brands, culture and people.
• Pitched, won, grew creative remit including social, film and experiential for adidas, Carlsberg, McDonald’s, Red Bull, Sainsbury’s.
• Took TMS to award recognition including their first D&AD Pencil (adidas). 29 awards / finalists: Effies (McDonald’s), Cannes Lion (Carlsberg), Campaign no. 2 press ad of the year (Carlsberg) etc.
• Took the agency into new disciplines – integrated, social, film, VR, AR work for adidas, McDonald's etc.
• eConsultancy wrote, “Probably the best content strategy” for Carlsberg.
• Recruited and developed talent into award-winning creatives – most headhunted by top agencies.

Restructured the culture to offer more than 'messaging at' thinking.

• Wins: British Olympic Association, Nationwide, Puma, VISA Olympics (with Saatchi & Saatchi).

• Pioneered customer-first integrated campaigns: Nissan CRM x ATL – built creative hubs between TBWA and Digitas across Europe, P&G with Saatchi & Saatchi etc.

• Ensured Digitas grew as a standalone creative agency while other agencies were subsumed into networks.

Led the transformation from traditional CRM / DM to digitally led integrated thinking by pioneering digital-first, integrated awareness, acquisition, retention and loyalty creative for Land Rover, Orange, adidas and Motorola.

• Led multi-million pound pitch wins: Land Rover (integrated), adidas, Orange digital CRM, BBC (with Y&R).

• Y&R / Wunderman Team Land Rover founder – pioneered CRM x ATL campaigns versus matching luggage executions.

• 24 awards / finalists in 2 years – Cannes Lions, DMA, Campaign recognition.

• Delivered the 1st ever viral to air on BBC1.
