Brief: "Modernise the agency" – transformed TMS into an award-winning integrated agency with work that connects brands, culture and people.
• Pitched, won, grew integrated creative including social, film and experiential for adidas, Carlsberg, McDonald’s, Red Bull, Sainsbury’s, Petronas.
• Took TMS to award recognition including their first D&AD Pencil (adidas). 29 awards / finalists: Effies (McDonald’s), Cannes Lion (Carlsberg), Campaign no. 2 press ad of the year (Carlsberg) etc.
• Innovation: Modernised work – AR campaigns for McDonald’s, influencer, crowd-sourced and VR work for adidas etc.
